a terrible easter
During my stay, I've been really disappointed from the service that I have been: restaurant service was horrible and room service and amenities not sufficient for a 4 star hotel: very small and noisy room But, the best service has been during check out: I've booked 2 night (7/9 April) with FB by internet and I've phoned the day before to asked if we'd be possible to arrived the night before ( 6 April at 11 pm) only for sleep; the director told me that there was not problem but... I’VE PAYD 3 DAYS FB instead 2 day FB and 1 DAY BED AND BREAKFAST!!!!! I asked why I've to pay a service that I've not used and the Director told me in the middle of the Hall in front to all other customer that if I want I could remain there also for lunch and dinner...... I was very very disappointed and angry... Why didn't he tell me before check in? Why didn't he tell me if I want to used FB before to pay and to ask details on what I paid after check out????? Do you believe that this is a 4 star service? keep attention to pay all drink included at 4 euro for person because it's only for water and wine not for everything as is wrote on internet hote site!!!!
