quattro bei giorni........

Siamo stati in questo hotel per ferragosto..dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene,eravamo in una delle junior suite e tutto quello che dal sito internet era descritto noi l'abbiamo trovato..bella camera vista mare,buona pulizia,gentile e disponibile il personale(simpatico GORA il facchino)..buona la colazione,rapporto qualità prezzo con margini di miglioramento. l'unico aspetto negativo è stato lo stabilimento balneare e l'animazione in spiaggia..da rinnovare per un hotel da 4 stelle ci si aspetta di meglio...!!

ottimo albergo vicino al mare

abbiamo passato qualche giorno di vacanza e ci siamo trovati benissimo, il ristorante è eccellente! Molto spaziose le stanze con una bella vista panoramica.

Trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico fine settimana, la colazione è eccellente,cos' come lo è stata la cena!! Lo consiglio

vacanze d'estate

sono andata nell'estate 2005 con i miei bimbi, il servizio faceva desiderare perchè non vi era mai ora di iniziare a mangiare, il buffet non esisteva, gli asciugamani non li mettevono per tutte le persone della stanza, quando era l'ultimo giorno della vacanza gli ho detto che non valevano le 4 stelle che pruomovevano e che non meritavano neanche 2 stelle.Io sono sicura che non ci tornerò mai più

a terrible easter

During my stay, I've been really disappointed from the service that I have been: restaurant service was horrible and room service and amenities not sufficient for a 4 star hotel: very small and noisy room But, the best service has been during check out: I've booked 2 night (7/9 April) with FB by internet and I've phoned the day before to asked if we'd be possible to arrived the night before ( 6 April at 11 pm) only for sleep; the director told me that there was not problem but... I’VE PAYD 3 DAYS FB instead 2 day FB and 1 DAY BED AND BREAKFAST!!!!! I asked why I've to pay a service that I've not used and the Director told me in the middle of the Hall in front to all other customer that if I want I could remain there also for lunch and dinner...... I was very very disappointed and angry... Why didn't he tell me before check in? Why didn't he tell me if I want to used FB before to pay and to ask details on what I paid after check out????? Do you believe that this is a 4 star service? keep attention to pay all drink included at 4 euro for person because it's only for water and wine not for everything as is wrote on internet hote site!!!!
