This not a 4 star hotel

My stay was supposed to be for a three day business trip. We switched hotel afer the first night. Room temparture can not be adjusted under 25C because the thermostats are rigged. We did not have hangers in the room. When we called for them, we got dirty wire hangers. Rooms are old and poorly kept. No clock in room. Showers have no pressure. Could not keep water temerature. Bed spreads were pilling. Felt more like a Motel One, not what you would expect of the prestigous Casa De Campo hotle chain. Its a shame.

Excellent personnel

I stayed for 10 days with my father, in is 80's.. all the personnel in the hotel help me take care and watch over him. They all help with directions around the city. The service at the restaurant was great. At my second day they already knew who we were, what my father used to have for breakfast. Before going out into the city they would give me the Do's & Don'ts. Good service, excellent personnel, good facilities, good food, great location, great people.
