peeling wallpaper

The hotel rooms were terrible, how this hotel can rate 4 stars I do not know. Dirty bedrooms and one of our rooms had terrible damp with wallpaper peeling off the wall, no heating hairdrier not working and no sky reception. i would never stay again.

Never seen anywhere so dirty

I have never been to such a dirty hotel in my life. There were coffee cups under the bed, rubbish flowing out of the bin in the bathroom and brown stains all down one of the walls. Really really disappointing!
