As the name implies, this establishment sits within the city's theater district. But although four Broadway style theaters, numerous restaurants and shopping centers are just outside the lobby doors, this hotel has the business traveler in mind. From massive meeting facilities and posh executive rooms to spacious work areas for the mobile office, you will feel like it is just another day at work (but with plenty of amenities).

I booked a stay at this Cleveland location for my boyfriends 30th birthday for three days & ended up paying $482 for the stay total which was high for a hotel with basic amenities. They had construction all around the hotel making it a pain to park anywhere & get around. Unless you pay the $22 a day for valet parking, then you have to pick & choose a safe parking garage to park your car & they charge about $13 a day to park your car but the one we stayed in closes it after 3:00 & you have to go across a building to get a guard to sign you in & let you get your car, talk about the run around! Not to mention hauling your luggage across the busy streets, past the construction! If that isnt bad enough, the room was very basic that I paid for when I was actually supposed to have been getting an upgraded room, it smelled of old cologne, the bedspread was dirty, there was a condom wrapper & trash left on the entertainment center from a previous guest & I ended up getting charged $50 extra for what reason I dont know on my account days later when I didnt get valet, room service or get anything extra....Dont stay there, dont waste your money. I would advise a stay at the Hyatt instead.

06 Jun 2005 | A Yahoo! UserI stayed here twice while my wife had appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. It's a very nice hotel, and we had no complaints. Lobby restaraunt might be a bit over-priced, but it was 10 degrees and windy, so we weren't going anywere else. We got a good deal on a travel website, so it worked out nicely.
