The location of this hotel is ideal for easy access to the Liverpool John Lennon airport, and is a little bit different from the smart but functional accommodations that can often be found around busy areas. The hotel is located in the original Liverpool airport terminal and has benefited from a huge Art Deco transformation with an excellent restaurant that overlooks the Mersey Estuary. For sheer indulgence, guests can book a night in the former control tower, which is now a luxurious presidential suite.

chamber maids need to get their act together

gorgeous art deco hotel, great rooms, great bathrooms. However the receptionist had a strong regional accent, hard to understand and one day, my room service tray plus dirty towels and glasses were not replaced. I complained 3 times before they done anything. Great shopping centre over the road and regular airport shuttle, plus another receptionist didnt believe that my firm was paying for my meals, she shouted at me in a patronising manner and when I called my boss to tell her that the firm was paying, she didnt even apologise.
