can't wait to go back

lovely hotel very clean. all the staff where really nice. this was the first time i had visited the usa. would like to say a very big thankyou to angle lisa who made me feel so at home will never forget, rooms where very clean and tidy could not ask for more. all the staff where really helpful and very polite, will be back there again next year! would recomend this hotel to any one. feelathome. will never forget her so friendly as where all the staff. could not of wished for anything better! will be going back next year, can't wait. would like to thank all the reception staff for there help with everything that i requested, nothing was a problem to them. thankyou all so much.

Beware of this hotel!

When our family arrived, it looked like a dump. We went inside to get our room and they charged us for our parking! We had a deal that said "Free Parking". There was also a deal for a plate of food for a child for 13 and under with an adult's meal. We asked for the coupon and the said it was only for 12 and under. My daughter is 13! It even said on their site "13 and under". "We'll just give it to you," so they didn't have to deal with it. We get our room and find out we got a smoking room and our room was susposed to be the best and non-smoking, due to my asthma. We complained and found out that "Expedia" gave out too many rooms.So we got the "cheap" room. We called "Expedia" and they said we had to get the money back from our hotel. My husband went down the next morning to the office while my daughter and I were getting ready to leave,and said he talked to the manger and said she would deal with it;we would get our $250 back! One month later, we never got it back. So my husband called the other manger and talked to him and told him about what the woman manger said. She was in the backround lying saying she never said that. They also argued with us during our vacation! So we got our money back but it was from "Expedia". And we are never going to stay at that dump again!

What a Dump!!!!

No hot water, filthy, old, smelly, damp, run-down, way too expensive
