Widely considered one of Manchester's finest restaurants, the Lincoln is a modern, stylish building with full length glass windows allowing lots of natural light and giving a real sense of space to its relatively narrow eating area. Extremely popular as a high-class business eaterie, the menu is contemporary with a distinctly British flavour including signature dishes such as pork, guinea fowl and leek sausages served with champ, pancetta and a Boddingtons beer gravy or desserts like a sublime, sticky toffee pudding.
